Red Tuna Tarantello in Olive Oil in Vintage Tin 340g

Tarantello can only be obtained from large tuna using artisanal techniques, passed down from generation to generation. It is halfway between tuna and belly: it is softer than the red tuna fillet, without reaching the fattier consistency of belly, of which however it does not lose the flavor. It is ideal as an appetizer seasoned with a few drops of lemon or as a fundamental ingredient in the preparation of a sauce or a dressing.
