Black truffle sauce 5% summer truffle

The sauce is ready to use and is ideal spread on bruschetta or crostini, perfectly combined with butter, fresh spreadable cheese, fresh cream and parmesan. It can be used for delicious pasta or rice dishes, but no less interesting combined with meat or fish.

Ingredients
Cultivated mushrooms, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum, Vittad.) 5%, salt, black olives, flavouring, garlic, parsley.

How to use
Cold: Use directly. Hot: Heat slightly to preserve the truffle aroma. Avoid boiling.

Conservation
Store at room temperature away from light and heat sources. Once opened: store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°, consume within 4-5 days.
