Acquerello rice is considered among the best in the world for its organoleptic properties, excellent cooking resistance and its refinement. All this is also due to the attention and respect given to the surrounding habitat during all phases of rice processing. Without forgetting the fundamental characteristic of the production process, that is, the aging of the still raw cereal that is only refined and reintegrated with the bud at a later stage.

Grown in the Tenuta Colombara by the Rondolino family, this rice is the only one to be processed with the propeller. The slowness with which it is left to age, in full respect of tradition, guarantees an unparalleled cooking resistance and makes it perfect for any dish and/or preparation.
