Pesto alla Genovese made with fresh basil 130g

This pesto is not pasteurized: it all starts with tender basil leaves that are picked and washed in cold water. They are then dried, seasoned with salt and oil and chopped in the cutter, where they are finally ready to meet other wonderful ingredients such as pine nuts.
