CONSERVATION

Product to be consumed after cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
After opening, the product should be stored in a glass jar away from humidity and heat.

USE

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for about 10 minutes. Rinse them, removing any residue left in the container. Use their water for cooking, filtering with a fine mesh strainer and kitchen paper.
