Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C, with 65% Maximum Humidity and away from light even when the package is opened.
Closed in a cupboard or kitchen cabinet is perfect; once opened, just close the package on itself, securing it with a clothes peg or with adhesive tape.
During warmer periods you can store the bag, even open, in the refrigerator.
