INGREDIENTS
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 73%, sunflower seed oil, onion, water, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 1%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) powder 0.1%, salt, pepper, modified corn starch, flavourings, acidifier: lactic acid. GLUTEN FREE.
ADVICE
Ideal for seasoning first courses and chef-quality risottos. Also excellent for seasoning tasty bruschetta and cold dishes based on spelt and vegetables.
