Extra jam of Modena sour cherries 380g

This gastronomic specialty has been handed down from the Emilian tradition, obtained from the fruits of the sour cherry, slowly transformed, immediately after harvest and without the addition of thickeners, into an extra jam, with 170 grams of fruit per 100 grams of jam, with a sour and ancient flavor. Excellent when paired with local cheeses, on ice cream or in the preparation of tarts and sweet tortelli.

The first jam in Europe to have obtained the protected designation IGP which protects its production and from imitations.
