Obtained following the traditional method and a long cooking of the fruit with the addition of only Italian sugar, the Brusche di Modena cherries thus retain their unique and intense flavour.

Black cherries, sugar. Fruit used 160 gr per 100 gr of finished product. 100% Italian fruit and sugar.

Excellent for breakfast, on bread and rusks.
