Sugar-free Rice Biscuits 400g

Rice Biscuits without added sugars are the right mix of soft wheat flour and rice flour, both of Italian origin, mixed with 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain. The result: a very refined biscuit. Rice flour creates a good, healthy and fragrant biscuit. In this recipe, sugar is replaced by maltitol, which has a good sweetening power.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, Sweetener: Maltitol, Coconut oil, Fresh eggs, Stone-ground rice flour (5%), Sunflower oil, Raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt.

May contain traces of: Soya, milk, nuts and mustard.
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorants or synthetic flavorings.
