Wholemeal Sugar Free Biscuits 300g

Wholemeal biscuits are born from a production in which selected raw materials of the highest quality are used, with the addition of maltitol as a sweetener, an ingredient that replaces sugar. It has a good sweetening power, estimated at around 75% of that of the most common table sugar (sucrose) and, combined with wholemeal flour, rich in fibre and proteins, they give life to a good biscuit.

INGREDIENTS

Soft wheat flour type “0”, Sweetener: Maltitol, Stone-ground whole wheat flour (20%), Sunflower seed oil, Fresh eggs, Butter, Raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt.

May contain traces of: Soya, Nuts.
It does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorants or synthetic flavorings.
