Spelt flour, rich in proteins and fibres, marries perfectly with the strong flavour of cane sugar, and together with the orange juice makes the product light, crunchy but at the same time remarkably complete.
INGREDIENTS
Stone-ground spelt (wheat) flour (60%), Cane sugar (25%), Butter, Fresh eggs, Sunflower oil, dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate).
