Sunflower seed oil, pasteurized egg 11%, apple cider vinegar from Aosta Valley 10%, garlic 2.3%, lemon juice, salt, sugar, preservative: sorbic acid.

Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORANTS.
GLUTEN FREE product.

CONSERVATION

Store the product in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2/+6° C and consume within 10 days .

USE

Sauce used to accompany the classics of our cuisine, perfect with bourguignonne and mixed boiled meats, but also with fish and vegetables.
