INGREDIENTS

Cheeses (milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments) 50% (Fontina DOP 35%, table cheeses), water, cream, corn starch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid.

Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORANTS.
GLUTEN FREE product.

CONSERVATION

Store the product in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.

USE

To be enjoyed hot during a convivial dinner with bread croutons or with vol au vent, but also excellent as a condiment for fabulous first courses and during the creaming of risotto. It can also accompany meat-based second courses or simply to enhance original appetizers.
