Pecorino Romano DOP 36% (sheep's milk, salt, lamb rennet, lactic ferments), cream, water, egg yolk, corn starch, melting salt: sodium citrate, black pepper 0.5%, preservative: sorbic acid.

Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORANTS.
GLUTEN FREE product.

CONSERVATION

Store the product in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.

USE

To be enjoyed hot during a convivial dinner with croutons or with vol au vents, but also excellent as a condiment for fabulous first courses and when stirring risotto.
It can also accompany meat-based second courses or simply to enhance original appetizers.
